Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Note: Some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which may affect processing times.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return

  3. Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue
